Arc was tasked to launch the newest flavour to the Tim Tam Family, but with a twist. By putting the vote to the public, we allowed our consumers to choose the Fan’s Choice next exclusive flavour.
Two classic flavours were put forward, Coconut Cream and Double Choc Caramel, from which our cool Tim Tam Characters were born. Both designed to vie for the attention of consumers in attempt to persuade their vote towards that flavour.
Through display and social media, voters could simply submit their selection via a fun and interactive, live scoreboard.
To launch the Fan’s Choice flavour exclusively in Coles, Arc designed and executed bold and highly impactful creative and point of sale solutions instore that showcased the winner.
The fun campaign was huge success, not only driving strong consumer engagement prior to launch, but also upweighted incremental sales of all Tim Tam biscuits.
